Resilience is defined as the ability to survive and thrive in the face of adversity; and Mental Health includes emotional, psychological, and social well-being.

Sarah Crowe, Nurse Practitioner Critical Care, discusses strategies for supporting healthcare providers during challenging times.  She will share results from a study conducted in the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic which examined the mental health of critical care nurses. Dan Landry, Infectious Diseases Pharmacist, shares his experience as a healthcare provider with mental illness highlighting the stigmas and barriers patients continue to face in receiving care.
