Having recently undergone accreditation, Julie will share her experience in terms of how the Thunder Bay site prepared for it, the type of processes that were put in place and who was involved. Julie also discusses the changes in practice that were done in preparation, in addition to some of the lessons learned and what would be her advice to hospitals preparing for accreditation.
